It’s winter time so it’s been the perfect time to get someone else’s cooties and get sick! In a way I’m really lucky because I don’t have a job or a routine to get back to where I have to go back out into public, but there have been many times I’ve had to cover up a shredded nose and watery eyes.
If that relates to you I have some handy tips to squelch the last of that cold or flu and get you back to feeling and looking better.
So naturally, I’m sick. So sick I actually wrote this article days ago and thought I posted it!
The whole house was sick. We hadn’t been home together yet somehow we all got sick at the same time. Other than keeping Difflam and Kleenex running, we’ve had to make sure two of us, in particular, don’t get even worse (fucked up immune systems are all the rage).
I thought that if I’m not in the right might to make an actual ‘Quality Post’, I should at least make a quick post about the three things that have really helped cut down the length and severity of my cold. I hope it might help you or someone you know who might be in the throws of phlegm and insomnia.
